Abstract

Une molécule d'ADN de recombinaison est utile pour déterminer l'effet d'un agent sur le changement de structure translationnelle qui est dirigé par une séquence de nucléotides viraux comme moyen de régulation de l'expression de gènes viraux. Cette molécule d'ADN comprend un gène indicateur pour la détection du changement de structure pendant la translation et un segment ADN qui code la partie du génome ARN à double brin du virus L-A de la levure qui guide ou dirige le changement de structure de translation entre la structure de lecture pour la protéine de revêtement principal et la structure de lecture pour la polymérase ARN.
