After this welding, when the valve is closed, sterilization - for example by gamma radiation - can take place, so that after the fitting of a seal between the valve body 2 and the inside of the control ring 3 a guarantee of sterility of the valve body 2 with the plastic bag 29 is achieved.

Ensemble de vanne (1), dans lequel le corps de vanne (2) est muni d'au moins deux pignons (5) qui sont répartis sur la péripherie du corps de vanne et qui sont entraînés par un organe de commande annulaire rotatif (3). Les pignons présentent des moyens (7) permettant de transformer un mouvement de rotation en un mouvement de translation, ces moyens étant raccordés à une vanne (13) appartenant audit ensemble de vanne.
