Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de batteries au plomb-acide ainsi qu'un appareil associé, et une conception de batterie au plomb-acide obtenue à partir dudit procédé. Ledit procédé consiste à produire une grille de batterie (6) et à empâter ladite grille (22) à l'aide d'une pâte à batterie de manière à former une plaque de batterie profilée et conique. On enroule cette plaque de batterie sur une bobine (76) puis on la durcit dans un appareil de cuisson (79). On forme un élément de batterie à l'aide de bobines de matière de plaque finie, de matière de séparation, et d'une plaque terminale à ailes. Ensuite, on place plusieurs éléments de batterie dans un conteneur de batterie.
