Description

Titre de l'invention : SEMELLE INTERIEURE DE CHAUSSON DE DANSE Title of the invention: INSIDE DANCE SHOE
The present invention relates to an insole of dance shoes, in particular "spikes" and "half spikes", intended to allow better static and dynamic balance of the foot and the disappearance of many painful phenomena of the foot and the locomotor device.
In a conventional pointe shoe, the insole or "first" is reinforced by a stiffening piece made of cardboard, sometimes also designated by the term "shank". The antero-superior part of the liner designated under the term "empei¬ gne" is rigid, conventionally made of glued paper and covered with cotton or satin fabric. It covers the dorsal part of the toes. The tip is. a hard end conventionally made of glued paper and covered with fabric. The conventional upper made of satin or leather envelops the upper. It is sewn on the sole and allows to define a shape slightly supporting the heel.
The lifespan of the ballet shoe is relatively short, varying from a few hours for professional dancers to a few weeks for amateurs.
The current shape of the dance shoe dates back to the early 19th century.
The ballet shoes have a certain number of drawbacks, inducing particularly painful osteo-ligament and musculo-tendon pathologies.
The sole made of a hard material promotes the propagation of vibrations due to the impact of the foot on the ground, in particular during jumps, thereby promoting the occurrence of osteo-liga¬ mental pathologies predominant in the knee hip and spine.
The rigidity / flexibility ratio of the shank can however pose problems for the dancer when she comes down from the point because the shank then has insufficient flexibility to allow the liner to bend while marrying the foot of the dancer without breaking the shank.
The rigid upper causes the emergence of painful symptomatology of the forefoot related to cutaneous erosions of the upper part of the toes, calluses and osteo-articular deformations of the tarsal bones.
The hard tip of the tip also causes pain symptoms specific to ballet dancers in connection with repeated trauma to the toes of the foot and micro-trauma affecting the inter-phalangeal and metatarsophalangeal joints of the foot. forefoot to the spine.
The insufficient lateral stabilization of the heel promotes sprains of the ankle and the occurrence of osteo-ligamentous pathologies of the knee and hip.
The present invention therefore has the object of proposing a composite insole of a dance shoe which in particular aims to remedy these drawbacks. This sole using adapted materials aims to allow dancers to practice their art in better conditions of comfort, as well as prevention of osteo-musculo-ligament pathologies.
With a view to achieving this objective, the present invention consists of 5 elements with a long service life of the order of 4 months to 2 years depending on the intensity of use.
These elements are: a first (1) made of a composite material making a vibration absorbing system. This material can consist of an elastomer such as "NOENE" or a polyurethane such as "VISCOLAS", "SPENCO", "EVA". This material can be covered, for example, with a tick lining, cotton and synthetic fibers. The shape of the sole is maintained by a reinforcement (2) produced by a thin sheet of a material which combines rigidity and flexibility such as for example glass fibers, "KEVLAR", "POLYSAR", polyurethane, polyethylene, polypropylene. , poly carbonates. It gives both maximum support to the foot in the point position and can also lend itself to flexion when the subject descends from the point. The stiffness / flexibility ratio can also be varied to meet the subjects' wishes. The reinforcement of the sole (2) can be held on the ballet shoe by a double-sided adhesive material.
The upper (3) covering the toes can be made of a heat-molding material for example, cross-linked closed cell foam "PLASTAZOTE", silicone mouse, relatively flexible in order to achieve better matching of the toes to the front of the dance shoe.
The heel stabilizers (5) located laterally on either side thereof may be made of a semi-rigid material such as polyurethane foam, latex foam, silicone foam, or of a thermo-molding material conforming to the shape of the heel. The purpose of this device is to improve the lateral stability of the foot.
The invention has the following advantages: the insole of the pointe shoe is removable and its lifespan is long compared to the short lifespan of the "pointe" shoe. So it can be reused by the subject.
The first (1) of the sole providing a vibration absorbing system aims to provide a solution to the musculoskeletal pathology related to the practice of dance.
The reinforcement (2) of the sole combining rigidity and flexibility allows adequate support of the foot during the toe.
The flexible upper (3), adapted to the shape of the toes, prevents the occurrence of painful symptoms in the forefoot.
The tip (4) adapted to the shape of the toes is provided with a vibration absorbing system, aimed at preventing trauma and micro-trauma of the forefoot.
The heel stabilizers (5) harmoniously conforming to the shape thereof make it possible to improve the lateral stability of the foot, which is all the more advantageous since the dancers are frequently balanced on one leg.
According to another aspect of the invention, only part of the 5 elements making up the insole of the dance shoe described above can be used.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the insole of a dance shoe as described above can be produced without heel stabilizers (5).
According to another characteristic of the invention, the vamp (3) and the point (4) can be assembled and be inserted into the dance shoe of "points" and "3/4 of points".
According to another characteristic of the invention, the upper (3), the tip (4) and the forefoot of the sole consisting of the first (1) can be assembled and inserted into the "pointes" and "3/4 points" dance shoe.
According to another characteristic of the invention, a heel consisting of a first (1), the reinforcement (2) and heel stabilizers (5) can be produced and be inserted into the dance shoe whether a "point" or a "half point".
Elle est insérée dans le chausson de danse de "demi-pointes" et "1/4 de pointes".According to another characteristic of the invention, an inner sole of a dance shoe can be produced using only 3 of the 5 elements: the first (1), the reinforcement (2) and the heel stabilizers (5). It is inserted in the ballet shoe of "demi-pointes" and "1/4 de pointes".
