Abstract

Une composition de plâtrage ou d'enduction, destinée à être appliquée sur les surfaces de murs, comprend du ciment, de la chaux hydratée, de la vermiculite et de la perlite conjointement avec un anti-moisissure et/ou un fongicide. La présente invention décrit également l'utilisation d'une composition de durcissement comprenant du ciment, une charge inerte et un ou des constituants adhésifs polymères pour former un joint d'étanchéité hydraulique entre un mur et un sol dans un bâtiment. La présente invention décrit en outre un système utile pour limiter les conditions d'apparition d'humidité et/ou de moisissures dans des plâtres ou des enduits de murs et comprenant ledit constituant de plâtrage ou d'enduction plus ladite composition de durcissement ainsi que de préférence une émulsion acrylique fongicide et/ou anti-moisissure destinée à recouvrir ledit constituant de plâtrage ou d'enduction.
