Abstract
A tie knot with a preconstituted structure (1) out of any kind of metal, also precious, or of plastic materials or of any other suitable material. In the internal part of the knot two folded edges (2, 3) are provided which allow the tie to slide without getting wrinkled and without any other problems. Said edges are linked by a spring (4) which, as soon as the tie has been inserted and the knot has been made and placed at the desired place (the collar of the shirt), gets lowered and blocks the fabric.
Description
"A preconstituted tie knot"
The present invention concerns a preconstituted tie knot out of any kind of metal, also precious, like silver, gold and similar.
Until now, the knot of a tie has always represented a problem as not all have the same experience and skill. Furthermore, it is also well known that said knot, beyond being sometimes irregular and anti-aesthetic, after a short use time may loose its proper shape and/or move from its place, thus missing the purpose of being an elegant and tidy article of clothing that. a tie has always been.
It is the aim of the present invention to eliminate all abo¬ ve mentioned disadvantages.
The present invention, as it is characterized in the attach¬ ed claims, solves the problems realizing a preconstituted tie knot being very elegant and always strictly tidy and perfect, as well as of easy and immediate realization.
The advantages obtained by the object of the present inven¬ tion are the following:
- the preconstituted knot allows the perfect falling of the fabric;
- once the knot has been made, the same will no longer be subject to move, and therefore the eventual customer is sure that he will always be in perfect aesthetic conditions;
- the preconstituted knot may be used without any difficul¬ ty also by those who are not able to make it themselves, and in any case by those who get tired by having to do it every day again; - the knot is not made with the hands, as it has always been until now, and therefore the tie does not get wrinkled nor dirtied;
- due to the present invention, the tie may be realized with about 10 centimeters less fabric, with an evident saving for the customer.
The present invention will be described more in detail here¬ in below relating to the attached drawings, showing one pre¬ ferred embodiment.
Figure 1 shows a back view of -the preconstituted knot accord¬ ing to the present invention; figure 2 shows a back view of the insertion phase of a tie; figure 3 shows a back view of the preconstituted knot at the end of the tie insertion phase; figure 4 shows a front view of the knot in the final dispo¬ sition, with the inserted tie.
The figures show a preconstituted knot of any metal or other suitable material, mainly consisting in a hollow rigid struc¬ ture 1, having approximately the shape of a truncated cone, suitable for the reproduction of a conventional tie knot and provided, in the internal part, with two folded upper edges
2 which allow the tie C to slide without getting wrinkled or meeting obstacles until it reached folded lower edges 3 having a similar task, and which will squeeze'said tie in correspondence with the smaller basis of said structure 1, so that said structure 1 may slide along tie C until the same is positioned in the desired point, with a following blocking of the same by means of a transversal spring 4 hooked in poinτ. 5 of said edges.
In the front position that is visible, said structure 1 only shows the lateral surface of the truncated cone which, in possible variants, may be out of precious metals or not, and eventually coloured and/ or provided with drawings and/ or with figures and/or with engravings.
