この発明は、 熱間鍛造に於ける鉄錫材料中の含有炭素が加熱酸化による化学反 応において、 外材料表面層よ り解脱 (脱炭) 現象を起こすことを防止する。 (含有炭素が鉄鋼表面硬化における必須条件)
背景技術
従来から、 焼入れ加工が必要な金属部品加工にクロスロール鍛造がある。
クロスロール鍛造は、 作業工程中に於て高温を保持し鉄鑼材料を軟弱にする為 冷間鍛造よ りも加工が容易である。 しかし、 高溫中での作業の為加熱酸化に よる化学反応に於て、 外材料表面層よ り解脱 (脱炭) 現象が起こる為、 後加工 (施削) が必要であつた。
本発明は以上の欠点を除く為、 主要工程部をガス (脱炭を防止するガス、 例え ば窒素ガス) 雰囲気中で誘導加熱し、 ガス雰囲気の製品材料に出入口をオイル 力—テンによって大気と遮断する。
こう した状況にし、 パーツフィ ーダ一に材料を供給してオイル力—チンを通過 ざせ、 雰囲気中に搬入する。
オイル力—チン通過後の鉄鑼材料を準ロボッ ト的操作に於て、 工程後再度オイ ルカーチンを通過させ最終工程に移す。 発明の閲示
即ち木発明は、 従来の方法に比べ後加工が大幅に削減できると同時に 経費の 削減にもなる。
更に、 従来の冷間鍛造よ りも複雑形状製品に対応し得る。 又精度も得易い。

図面はこの発明の装置の原理を示す図である。
本発明をより詳細に説述するために、 以下添付図面に従ってこれを説明する。 図面は雰囲気中金属部品加工処理工程における脱炭防止酸化防止の鍛造方法の断 面である。 主要工程部をカバー 3でおおい、 ガス発生機 1 を注入口 4に設置し雰 面気中 6に充塡し誘導加熱する。
加熱ざれたガスの一部を放出口 5より放岀し、 その分を補充しながら雰通気中 ガス温度を調節する。
又加工部品緞入口、 裰岀口にはオイルカーチン 2により遮断し密閉した上でクロ スロール鍛造機を作動ざ る。
産業上の利埒可能性 以上のように、 本発明に係わる雰囲気中、 金属部品加工処理工程における脱炭防 止酸化防 itの鍛造方法は、 特に自數車部品などの椿度を要求される部品の加工に 最適であり、 自動車部品は焼入鍛造を必要とするものが多いため、 大幅なコスト タウンになる。
