Abstract
Le procédé concerne la projection d'un revêtement sur une installation métallurgique dont les parois (13) et le fond (14) sont revétus d'un matériau réfractaire. Le procédé consiste à diriger une partie d'oxygène, sous forme d'un jet, sur la zone du fond (14) afin d'obtenir de l'oxyde de carbone, et une autre partie d'oxygène, acompagnée d'une poudre réfractaire, sur le revêtement à réparer, un combustible pulvérulant étant amené en continu avec le jet d'oxygène dirigé sur la zone du fond (14). Le procédé est mis en oeuvre au moyen d'une tuyère multibuse (1) comportant un boîtier refroidi (2) avec des canalisations pour amener le matériau réfractaire, le combustible et l'oxygène, lesdites canalisations étant montées coaxialement à l'intérieur, et comprenant également des buses (7, 9, 6, 8) respectivement pour l'alimentation en matériau réfractaire, en combustible et en oxygène, certaines des buses (6 et 7) étant montées sur la paroi latérale de la tuyère (1) et servant à amener respectivement l'oxygène et le matériau réfractaire à la zone du revêtement à réparer, les autres buses (8 et 9) étant montées sur la partie extrème de la tuyère (1) et servant à amener l'oxygène et le combustible à la zone du fond (14) de l'installation métallurgique. La superficie totale des sections des buses (6) pour amener l'oxygène dans la zone du revêtement à réparer est essentiellement égale à la superficie totale des sections des buses (8) servant à amener l'oxygène à la zone du fond (14) de l'installation métallurgique.
