Abstract

Raccord de tuyaux pour assurer le raccordement de deux tuyaux métalliques de manière étanche au fluide et garantissant un isolement électrique (1, 3) respectivement (2, 4) destiné à permettre l'écoulement d'un fluide réfrigérant à pression et température élevées. Le raccord comporte un manchon de raccordement (8) en polytétrafluoroéthylène et un manchon (9) métallique de serrage externe. L'épaisseur de la paroi (T) du manchon de raccordement (8) est comprise entre 0,5 et 2,0 mm. La distance (d) entre les deux extrémités des tuyaux métalliques est comprise entre 0,5 et 2,0 mm et ne doit pas dépasser deux fois l'épaisseur (T) de la paroi du manchon, c'est-à-dire d <= 2t. De cette manière on obtient une bonne étanchéité même après une longue utilisation.
