Abstract

Derartige Antriebsräder werden insbesondere im Automobil¬ bau bei den dort verwendeten Verbrennungskraftmaschinen gebraucht, beispielsweise zum Herstellen einer Kraftüber¬ tragung von der Kurbelwelle zur Nockenwelle, aber auch sonst zu Steuerungszwecken, wobei von diesen Antriebsrä¬ dern eine geringe Kraftübertragung gefordert wird. Bisher werden solche Antriebsräder aus Kunststoff, aus Sinterme¬ tall oder aus Vollmaterial hergestellt, wobei die Nabe aus Stahl oder fließgepreßtem Aluminium besteht. Es gibt auch Konstruktionen, bei denen das ganze Teil aus wärmebestän¬ digem Kunststoff gefertigt ist. Hierbei besteht das An¬ triebsrad aus dem eigentlichen Nabenteil, an das dann ein sich in radialer Richtung erstreckendes Scheibenteil an¬ schließt, das an seinem äußeren Umfang das erforderliche Profil aufweist. Diese bekannten Ausführungen haben sich jedoch nicht bewährt, da sich der Kunststoff bei Erwärmung radial ausdehnt und damit der Umfang vergrößert wird.
