Abstract

Un dispositif permettant de décharger un fluide contenu dans un récipient (1) comporte un système volumétrique se présentant sous la forme d'une partie extérieure (14) tubulaire, compressible et à mince paroi et d'une partie intérieure (10) tubulaire relativement rigide qui communique avec l'intérieur du récipient (1) et dans laquelle est prévue une soupape de décharge (12) qui permet au fluide de passer du récipient dans la partie intérieure mais pas dans le sens inverse. La partie extérieure tubulaire (14) se termine par une soupape de décharge (15) qui s'ouvre en réponse à une pression prédéterminée sur le fluide contenu dans le système volumétrique. La partie tubulaire intérieure possède également une fente (11) qui s'étend depuis son extrémité libre jusqu'au voisinage de son extrémité opposée, et au-dessus de l'extrémité de la fente se trouve dans la chambre volumétrique un espace dans lequel l'air évacué en liaison avec le remplissage du système volumétrique peut être cumulé et comprimé pour exercer un effet de tampon. Est également décrit un procédé de fabrication du dispositif selon lequel au moins la partie intérieure (10) et la languette (12) sont faites d'une seule pièce et présentent des configurations et des épaisseurs de paroi telles qu'une étanchéité suffisante est obtenue entre la partie intérieure et la languette grâce au retrait du matériau.
