Abstract

Un réchauffeur de fluides est pourvu d'un brûleur (2) à combustion superficielle interstitielle opposé à des tubes d'échange de chaleur (1) utilisés pour chauffer un fluide. Le brûleur (2) à combustion superficielle interstitielle comprend un matériau auxiliaire de combustion de surface formé de particules tel que du sable dont la forme voulue est maintenue par un dispositif approprié de maintien de la forme. Le brûleur (2) à combustion superficielle interstitielle prend des formes diverses selon la forme et l'agencement des tubes (1) d'échange de chaleur que l'on veut chauffer, et est ensuite mis en fonctionnement. Par exemple, lorque les tubes (1) d'échange de chaleur sont rassemblés en un seul endroit, le matériau auxiliaire de combustion de surface est agencé autour des tubes (1), ceux-ci étant chauffés depuis l'extérieur d'une enceinte (290) étanche de chauffage où sont placés les tubes (1) d'échange de chaleur. Le réchauffeur muni de ce type de brûleur est efficace pour une chaudière à passage forcé unique. Il peut être produit en petites dimensions à un coût réduit, et présente un rendement élevé.
