En se référant aux figures 1 et 2,les lunettes repliables, pouvant être mises en oeuvre selon l'invention, Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the folding glasses, which can be implemented according to the invention,
The figures show the mounts 6 and 6 ′ of the linear type holding each lens only through its upper part. The frame (or the lenses) comprises support elements (9 - 9 ') intended to come into contact with the nose of the wearer of the glasses. It is obvious, in a device according to the invention that it is equally possible to use half-frames encircling half, or entirely the lenses and comprising either an added support such as 9-9 ′ or a support integrated into the frame . Figures 2, 3, 4 and 5 show in detail a possible mode of. realization of the hinges of the trigger guard 7: thanks to housings 27 formed in the part 7 and forming the female parts of the hinges The holding in place of the pin 20 in the housing 27 is ensured in an elastic manner by the spring tab 19 whose the face 24 exerts a force on the lateral surface of the axis 20. This lateral surface comprises a cutaway 23 which makes it possible to define a preferred angular position of the axis 20 in the housing 27 corresponding to the unfolded position of the glasses (illustrated dashed line in Figure 2).
As shown in Figure 4, the existence of the cutaway 23 allows the tongue - spring 19 to exert a forcef, resulting in a couple "r" which has the effect of returning to normal angular position the branch 4 of the telescope when this branch is moved from this normal working position. Finally, note that the frames 6-6 'can advantageously include stops 18-18' intended to limit the angular position of the glasses in position folded back so as to avoid contact and friction of the glass 8 against the glass 8 'in this folded position.
Il en est de même de la branche 4' qui, grâce à la liaison 35' est reliée à l'extension 2'As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the glasses according to the invention comprise a system of branches forming a closed loop with the central part constituted by the frame 6-6 ′ and its trigger guard 7. The system of branches comprises branches 4 -4 ', one end of which has the side hinge 5-5' secured to the mount 6-6 '. The other end of the branch 4 is connected to a branch extension 2 by a fixed or sliding connection system 35. It is the same for the branch 4 'which, thanks to the link 35' is connected to the extension 2 '
-Selon un premier mode de réalisation les extensions-According to a first embodiment, the extensions
-According to another embodiment the free ends of the extensions 2 and 2 'are connected together by a connecting device comprising sliders or stirrups 3 and 3' sliding on a slender element 1.
The assembly 3, 1 and 3 'constitutes a device making it possible to adjust at will the length of the closed loop constituted by the frames 6.6', the arms 4 and 4 'as well as the extensions 2 and 2' The length and the shape of this loop can also be adjusted by means of connection systems 35-35 'when these devices are of the sliding type. Figures 7 and 8 show respectively in transverse and longitudinal section a possible embodiment of the assembly 3-1-3 ': the element 1 constitutes a guide rail having grooves 31-32 in which the pins 29- slide 30 of a stirrup 3 which has a bore 34 intended for receiving the end of the extension 2. Each end of the element 1 comprises a shoulder 33 intended to form an end-of-travel stop and a bore 11 receiving the end of a suspension rod 10. The other end suspension rods 10-10 'is connected by any fixed or sliding fixing device 12-12' to lademicoquille 16 which, by means of a hinge 14, cooperates with a half-shell 15 to form a housing intended to receive the folded glasses, as illustrated in figure 6.
1 link and suspension. The embodiment illustrated in FIG. 9 presents a particular fitting adapter (3637-38 ~ 39-40-41-36'-37'-38'-39'-40'-41 ') for the ends 34 and 34 extensions 2 and 2 'of branches 4 and 4'. This adaptation makes the elastic strands 2 and 2 'detachable, by simple pull, of the stirrups 3 and 3' to which they are connected. In addition, the strands 2 and 2 ', once separated from the stirrups can, thanks to the adapter, be fitted to each other, by interlocking of the elements 36-36' (which interlocking could as well be replaced for example by an association of the visêcrou type by the assignment screw and nut to the elements 36 and 36 'respectively or by any other interlocking) and thus reconstitute a closed loop "branches glasses" detached from the connecting devices and suspension.
The "uncoupled" goggles can then be worn in the view position thanks to the closed loop in the manner of conventional wearing of ski goggles with elastic closed loop.
Compte tenu de la différence des longueurs des boucles fermées "lunettes-branches" en situation deGiven the difference in the lengths of the closed "sunglasses-branches" loops in
"vue" pour les cas "désolidarisé" ou "solidarisé" à l'élément 1 de liaison-suspension, il est utile d'indure dans l'adaptateur d'emmanchement (36...41¬"view" for cases "disconnected" or "joined" to element 1 of connection-suspension, it is useful to indure in the fitting adapter (36 ... 41¬
36 '... 41') elements of adjustable length such as for example of the sliding type, shown in 40-41 and 40'-41 'in FIG. 9) and which can be blocked at 2 predetermined lengths. The means for detaching the “woven branches” loop from the suspension loop can be varied, and that of FIG. 9 is only presented for illustrative purposes. In the latter, the branches are fixed to the stirrups by fitting the cylindrical rods 37 and 37 'into the corresponding bores 42 and 42' of the respective stirrups. To separate, it suffices to pull, towards the rear of the stirrups, the rods 37 and 37 ', to allow the disengagement by the slots 38 and 38' of the axes 39 and 39 'integral with the rods 37 and 37'. To re-associate the loops, the reverse maneuver is carried out.
Before explaining the modes of operation and use of the device according to the invention, it should be mentioned that the materials which can be used to produce the elements described above can be very different, depending on the variants and the effects sought.
The elements can be either metallic, or molded from synthetic or natural materials, in particular according to the degree of rigidity or flexibility desired for each element.
The branches 4 and 4 ′ may be of variable length but preferably not reaching the wearer's ears. Made of elastic but non-deformable material, the temples must have the rigidity necessary for the correct positioning of the glasses on the face of the wearer of glasses.
The extensions 2 and 2 ', intended to circumvent the ear and to be connected to the element 1, are preferably made of flexible and elastic material.
Element 1 would preferably be made of an elastic but non-deformable material, of metal or of synthetic material. The 10-10 'suspensions can be made of flexible and deformable materials, possibly identical to the material forming the 2-2' extensions or of metal in the form of continuous rods or chains. The bolt-holder 15-16 can, of course, be made, as desired, of metal or of synthetic material, possibly flexible, but preferably having a certain rigidity so as to protect against impact the glasses which are folded there.
The operation and use of the device according to the invention will become apparent from the above description. In the case where the "glasses" assembly can be separated from the case assembly, glasses may be available which have the following advantages:
- possibilité de replier les lunettes pour les ranger dans un étui de faible dimension, pouvant être porté de manière permanente en "sautoir" au. tour du cou.- possibility of folding the glasses to store them in a small case, which can be worn permanently in a "jumper". neck.
- possibilité de porter les lunettes en sautoir, prêtes à être mises sur le nez au moment où l'utilisateur le désire.- possibility of wearing the glasses in a necklace, ready to be put on the nose when the user wishes.
- suppression du risque de faire tomber les lunettes par terre à l'occasion d'un mouvement b'-rusque, grâce à la boucle férmêe,formée parles branches et leur extension.- elimination of the risk of dropping the glasses on the ground during a b'-rusque movement, thanks to the closed loop, formed by the branches and their extension.
L'ensemble boitier portable en sautoir autour du cou présente comme avantages:- change in the way the glasses are held on the face since, unlike conventional glasses, the ears are not used to hang the glasses but only as a fulcrum of a loop whose rear part can counterbalance the front part, reducing thus the pressure exerted on the nose by the weight of the glasses. In addition, due to the elasticity of the extensions 2-2 'and the adjustable spacing of the sliders 3-3' on the connecting rod 1, it is possible to adjust the bearing pressure of the glasses as desired at will. wearer's nose. The glasses structures defined above have many advantages, in particular for all glasses used in specific conditions (outdoor, work on a site, exercise of a summer or winter sport, skiing, high mountains, etc. .) The portable body around the neck has the following advantages:
- de pouvoir porter sur soi,à tout moment, un boîtier de protection disponible instantanément sans nécessiter de le loger dans une poche.- to be able to carry with you, at any time, a protective case available instantly without having to place it in a pocket.
The connection of the housing assembly with the spectacle assembly, presents all of the advantages defined above with, in addition, an additional functional advantage: The elements, or parts, common to "the spectacle assembly" and "l "whole case" are designed to find a stable natural position on the wearer's neck:
The rear part of the "bezel" loop then has a certain weight which makes it possible to constitute a counterweight to the glasses themselves thanks to the points of support on the ears; the reduction in the pressure which results from it on the wearer's nose makes it possible to easily resolve certain cases where the wearers of glasses bear the weight of the glasses very poorly on the nose.
In FIGS. 10 and 12, the same suspension and connection means are shown, which happen to be, here, a chain 101 or 121, in the respective figures, for the connection element hooked to the branches 105-105 ′ or 125-125 'of the glasses, and strands (cords or chains) 102-102' or 122-122 'for the suspension element of the housing, hooked to the chain by clips or spring rings 103-103' or 123 -123 ', which allow the suspensionl 02-102' or 122-122 'to be detached from the housing, from the connecting element 101 or 121, attached to the glasses. In Figure 10 there is shown, below the clamp of the case, a pocket attached to the case, with, as accessories, sheets of paper special for cleaning spectacle lenses. FIGS. 11a and 11b illustrate the way in which the clamp 108-108 ′ added, by insertion into hems, or any other means such as gluing, riveting, etc., on the leaf spring lip 107 of the opening of the opening, itself of known conventional type. This clamp is constituted by two bars 10b "and 108 ', fixed, as has just been said, so that the two ends 109 and 109', intended to ensure the clamping, are opposite, near the one of the other, or pressing one against the other, or with overlapping teeth, as for a gear. These ends 109 and 109 ′, as well as the bars 108 and 108 ′ which contain them, can be chosen by metal, plastic or any other material so that the friction and rigidity appropriate to strongly pinch clothing, without risk of injuring them, are ensured. Similarly, the contours of these ends can be of varied geometries, although that a well-adapted form consists in making nested teeth appear. The force of the pinching of the fabric interposed between the ends 109 and 109 ′ will result from the stiffness of the spring leaf 107 and the thickness of fabric trapped by the clamp. The friction that will hold pri ringing the fabric, will result, in addition to the pinching force, of the geometrical and physical characteristics of the ends of the clamp.
It will be noted, in FIG. 11a, that the same pressure p, imposed by the wearer's fingers, at the connection of the two lips of the opening of the case, causes, in addition to the opening of the case (for introduction, or extraction of the glasses), but also, the simultaneous opening of the clamp, located at the rear.
In Figures 13a, 13b and 13c, there is shown the device for pinching clothes, housed in the wall rear of a medallion box. In the case illustrated by the figures, there is a movable end of pliers with two nozzles 129 and 129 ', which end forms a body with a pusher 130, which can slide in a housing 132 provided in the rear back wall of the medallion. The rod of this pusher is guided in its path by all of the two fixed spouts 131 and 131 ', resulting from a cutout of the rear wall of the medallion, which spouts 131 and 131' constitute the fixed stops of the clamp, facing the two movable nozzles integral with the pusher. The opening force of the clamp is made by a push p, as shown in Figure 13c, issue, for example of the thumb, which pushes, with the pusher, the nozzles 129 -129 'of the fixed stops 131-131'. Closing of the clamp is effected by the return of the spring 133, pushing the pusher until the stop of the movable nozzles 129-129 'on the stops 131-131', or on the clothing fabric that the wearer has, at beforehand, inserted between the ends of the clamp. As for the case-case, the characteristics of the friction of the pliers' beaks on the fabric of the clothes to be tightened, will result from the materials and geometric contours retained for the beaks of the ends of the pliers, as well as from the spring recall It turned out that with a piano rope spring, for the example of a metal clip medallion, illustrated by FIGS. 12 and 13, an effective pinching could be ensured for all types of clothing.
