- the gate 36 is operable for movement between a lowered position in which the sheets pass from conveyor 35 to conveyor 39 from which the sheets are transferred to delivery conveyor 48, and an upper position in which the sheets are transferred to delivery conveyor 46.

- a series of fingers which are pivotally mounted pick-up the leading edge so that it is turned back on itself whereafter this portion engages the drag member which is in the form of a chain wire mesh which thereby at least partially rolls the two sheets together.
- the partially rolled product is then transferred to a further station where rolling of the product is completed. After rolling is completed the product can be transferred to a packaging station where it is placed in a package.

Abstract
Dispositif de traitement d'un produit de pâtisserie du type comprenant une unité en feuille de pâtisserie (71) et une unité en feuille pelliculaire (72) qui sont destinées à être roulées ensemble de sorte que dans le rouleau fini l'unité en feuille pelliculaire (72) est sensiblement interposée entre les couches adjacentes de l'unité en feuille de pâtisserie (71), l'unité en feuille pelliculaire (72) et l'unité en feuille de pâtisserie (71) possédant chacune un bord d'attaque et un bord de fuite (75, 76, 77, 78). Dans une variante le dispositif est conçu pour diriger et appliquer l'unité en feuille pelliculaire sur une surface de l'unité en feuille de pâtisserie au niveau d'une station d'application de pellicule de sorte que le bord d'attaque de l'unité en feuille pelliculaire est superposé et disposé vers l'arrière du bord d'attaque de l'unité en feuille de pâtisserie. Dans une autre variante le dispositif se caractérise par un organe de transport (8) permettant de faire défiler la pâtisserie devant la station d'application de pellicule, après quoi les unités sont transférées vers des organes de distribution (46, 48) qui présentent les unités à l'organe de roulage (85), le sens de déplacement de l'organe de transport étant à angle droit avec celui des organes de distribution.
