Abstract

The wall panel according to the present invention and designed to cover doors, interior surfaces, furniture, white rooms such as surgical rooms, working rooms for microprocessors, laboratories, hygienic locals for animal breeding, etc. has a shape such that the wall panel contains a support panel made of uncombustible asbestos cement, preferably pearlitic asbestos cement as well as an adhered or otherwise fixed protection layer of decorative metal, synthetic or veneer material which may be easily cleaned. It has good workability characteristics and is fabricated from uncombustible inorganic materials so that it may be used in locations of high fire risks. Beetles, fungi and insects do not attack the panel, it may be fabricated easily to the desired dimensions. It is uncombustible and easy to clean. It has a decorative interior surface. The major part of the base material is perlite, it is economical, light and has good thermal insulation characteristics. It is appropriate to cover doors, interior surfaces, furniture, white rooms such as operation rooms, working rooms for microprocessors, laboratories, hygienic rooms for animal breeding, etc. as well as for boats, libraries, schools, distribution locals, telephones exchangers, etc. Such panels are mainly used to cover room walls where more fire protection and a decorative, easy to clean surface are desired.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Wandplatte zur Bekleidung von Türen, Innenflächen, Möbeln, Reinräumen, wie OP-Räume, Fertigungsräume von Mikroprozessoren, Laboratorien, hygienische Tierzuchträume, usw.
Es ist bekannt, dass die leichte Reinigung der Innenflächen bestimmter Räume sehr wichtig ist. Die sgn. Reinräume, wie OP-Räume, Fertigungsräume von mikroprozessoren, hygienische Tierzuchträume, usw. werden meist mit Flieszen bekleidet. Die Fliesenbekleidung ust zeitraubend, kostspielig, und erfordert Facnarbeit. Die Türen, Fenster der Räume und die Löbel werden meist aus brennbaren Stoffenwie Holz odar Kunststoff hergestellt. Sie erfullsn die Forderurgen der erwciterten Feuerbeständigkeit nicht. Der Feuerbeständigkeitsgrad von zwischenwänden oder anderen Raumabgrenzungen aus belegten Platten aus Holzspänen ist auch kleiner aIs erwartet.
Ziel der Erfindung ist die Entwieklung einer Wandplatte, die feuerbeständig, wärmeisolierend, leicht zu Reinigen und gleichzeitig dekorativ ist.
Grund den Erfindungsgedanke ist die Erkennung, dass eine Tragplatte aus perlitischem Asbestzement und eine angeklebte oder befestigte Schutzbelcleidung dem Ziel der Erfindung entsprechen.
Dem gesetzten Ziel entsprechend ist die erfindungsgemässe Wandplatte zur Bekleidung von Türen, Innen- flächen, Möbeln, Reinräumen, wie OP-Räume, Fertigungsräume von Mikroprozessoren, Laboratorien, hygienische Tierzuchträume, usw. derart ausgebildet, dass die Wandplatte eine Tragplatte aus feuerbeständigem Asbestzement, zweckmässig perlitischem Asbestzement und einen aufgeklebten oder anderweitig befestigten Schutzbelag aus leicht reinigbarem, dekorativem Kunststoff, Metall oder Furnier enthält.
Ein weiterer Merkmal der Erfindung kann sein, dass die Tragplatte aus mit einem Zusatz, z.B. Kaolin verbessertem perlitischem Asbestzement besteht.
Die erfindungsgemässe Wandplatte besitzt zahlreiche Vorteile.
Sie ist leicht zu bearbeiten. Sie wird aus nichtbrennenden anorganischen Stoffen hergestellt, so kann sie an stark feuergefahrlichen Stellen angewendet werden, und wird durch Kiefer, Pilze und Ungeziefer nicht angegriffen.
Sie kann leicht mit beliebigen Abmessungen hergestellt werden. Sie ist gleichzeitig feuerbeständig und leicht zu Reinigen. Die Innenfläche ist dekorativ. Der grösste Teil des Grundstoffes ist Perlit, der leicht, billig und gut wärmeisolierend ist.
Die Erfindung wird aufgrund von Ausfϋhrungsbeispielenmit Hilfe von Abbildungen näher erläutert.
Abb.1. ist die axonometrische Skizze einer Wandplatte, Abb.2. ist die axonometrische Skizze einer Tϋr. In Abb.1. ist eine wandplatte dargestellt. Die Tragplatte 1 besteht aus perlitischem Asbestzement, auf deren eine Fläche ein Schutzbelag 2 aus Kunststoff geklebt ist.
In Abb.2. werden auf die Tragkonstruktion einer Tϋr zweiseitig grosse Bekleidungsplatten angebracht, die aus einer Grundplatte 1 aus perlitischem Asbestzement und einem Schutzbelag 2 aus Furnier bestehen.
Die erfindungsgemässen Wandplatten werden an zahlreichen Stellen angewendet.
Sie sind zur Bekleidung von Türen, Innenflächen, Möbeln, Reinraumen, wie OP-Räume, Fertigungsräume von Mikroprozessoren, Laboratorien, hygienische Tierzuchträume, usw., sowie von Schiffen, Büchereien, Schulen, Dispatcherräumen, Telephonzentralen, usw. geeignet.
Sie werden hauptsächlich zur Bekleidung von Räumen angewendet, wo gleichzeitig ein erweiterter Feuerschutz und eine dekorative, leicht zu Reinigende Oberfläche gefordert wird.

Claims

Erfindungsansprüche :
1. Wandplatte zur Bekleidung von Türen, Innenflächen, Möbeln, Reinräumen, wie OP-Räume, Fertigungsräume von Mikroprozessoren, Laboratorien, hygienische Tierzuchträume, usw. dadurch g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass die Wandplatte eine Tragplatte aus feuerbeständigem Asbestzement, zweckmassig perlitischem Asbestzement und einen aufgeklebten oder anderweitig befestigten Schutzbelag aus leicht reinigbarem, dekorativem Kunststoff, Metall oder Furnier enthält.
2. Die Ausfϋhrungsform der Wandplatte nach Anspruch 1. ist dadurch g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , dass die Tragplatte /1/ aus mit einem Zusatz, z.B. Kaolin verbessertem perlitischem Asbestzement besteht.
