Abstract

Une sonde de controle ayant une section tubulaire est concue pour etre introduite dans l'oesophage d'un patient et y etre orientee temporairement pendant une operation chirurgicale, par exemple. La sonde est pourvue de moyens de controle et d'indication d'une ou de plusieurs fonctions ou conditions du corps du patient. Les moyens d'indication permettant de fournir des indications sur les fonctions du corps par l'intermediaire du conducteur forment ensemble avec le boitier ou enveloppe de la sonde une unite inseparable, et ces moyens d'indication sont disposes dans une zone determinee par la surface exterieure cylindrique de la sonde. Les fonctions cardiaques sont controlees et indiquees exterieurement par un accelerometre qui est dispose dans un fluide d'amortissement et qui est egalement prevu pour controler les sons pulmonaires, ainsi que par deux electrodes espacees entre elles, chaque electrode et l'accelerometre formant des unites separees, chacune d'elles etant connectee au boitier en plastique de la sonde de maniere inseparable, un thermistor etant dispose dans la sonde.
