Abstract

Un dispositif pour sortir a l'atmosphere un faisceau de particules chargees comprend au moins un electro-aimant d'exploration (4, 5) pour creer un champ de deflexion alternatif assurant des mouvements periodiques du faisceau le long de la surface de la fenetre de sortie (2) d'une chambre a vide (1), au moins un aimant permanent (12) pour deflechir le faisceau a l'exterieur de la fenetre de sortie (2) et au moins un enroulement de compensation (13) pour creer le champ de deflexion pour compenser le champ de deflexion de l'aimant permanent (12). L'enroulement de compensation (13) est connecte a une source a courant continu (15) par l'intermediaire d'un disjoncteur (14) assurant la connexion de l'enroulement de compensation (13) a la source de courant continu (15) en presence du champ de deflexion alternatif et assurant la deconnexion de l'enroulement de compensation (13) de la source a courant continu (15) en l'absence dudit champ.
