Abstract

Un mecanisme de battage, separation et nettoyage de la recolte comprend un rotor de battage (1) et une grille concave ouverte (4) qui cooperent pour battre le produit de la recolte entre eux, un mecanisme de separation du grain (5) qui recoit le materiau de la recolte battue qui passe entre le rotor de battage et la grille concave, un mecanisme transporteur (9, 7) qui recupere le grain tombant au travers de la grille concave (4), un mecanisme de nettoyage du grain (18) auquel la transporteuse (9) amene le grain independamment du materiau de la recolte battue, et un mecanisme de prenettoyage du grain (10) qui dirige un courant d'air au travers du grain tombant lorsqu'il passe via le mecanisme transporteur (9, 7) vers le dispositif de nettoyage (8). Le mecanisme transporteur comprend de preference une bande transporteuse continue (9) qui fait monter le grain avant qu'il ne tombe sur une seconde transporteuse (7), une soufflante de prenettoyage (10) etant situee sous la transporteuse (9) pour souffler de l'air au travers des grains qui tombent sur la seconde transporteuse (7). L'air provenant de la soufflante de prenettoyage (10) est de preference dirige vers le grain prenettoye dans le mecanisme de separation du grain (5) et/ou au fur et a mesure qu'il tombe en passant au mecanisme de nettoyage du grain (8).
