Abstract
A contact socket has locking tongues intended to hold it into the housing of an insulating support. The socket comprises two resilient locking tongues (4, 5) cut along a sleeve (1), framed by cutting slots (41, 51, 42), and slightly spaced from the collar (3). These tongues (4, 5) are spaced from each other on the inner side by an inner contact strip (6) and on the outer side, for one of the locking tongues, by an outer contact strip (7) and, for the other locking tongue, by an outer contact tongue (8), the outer strip (7) and the outer tongue (8) are arranged facing the seam (10) of the sleeve. L'invention est relative à une douille de contact à languettes élastiques de verrouillage destinées à retenir la douille prisonnière dans un logement de support isolant. Ces douilles comportent ainsi d'un bord à l'autre de la jointure un arrangement de languettes ou bandes de contact et de languettes de verrouillage découpées dans la virole. Mais les découpes sont telles que les languettes ou bandes de contact et les languettes de verrouillage sont, soit disposées successivement le long de la douille, ce qui permet de leur conférer une bonne tenue mécanique mais impose un encombrement important, soit disposées côte à côte au mime niveau, ce qui donne un encombrement réduit, mais s'accompagne d'une tenue mécanique précaire. En effet, dans ce dernier cas on constate un déséquilibrage des efforts longitudinaux auxquels la douille peut être soumise, ce qui entraîne un gauchissement des pattes de verrouillage qui travaillent alors dans de mauvaises conditions. L'invention a pour but une douille de contact obtenue par roulage, ayant un encombrement réduit, mais offrant une bonne tenue mécanique en présence des efforts longitudinaux qu'elle est appelée à subir. L'invention a pour objet une douille de contact à languettes de verrouillage destinées à la retenir dans le logement d'un support isolant, ladite douille comprenant une virole formée par roulage d'un flan métallique et présentant longitudinalement une jointure, à une extrémité un collet destiné à être relié à un conducteur électrique et à l'extrémité opposée une entrée pour fiche de contact, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte deux languettes de verrouillage élastique découpées le long de la virole, encadrées par des fentes de découpage, lesdites languettes étant attenantes à l'entrée et légèrement écartées du collet, et étant séparées entre elles, d'un côté intérieur par une bande de contact interne reliant le collet à l'entrée, et de l'autre côté extérieur pour l'une des languettes de verrouillage par une bande de contact externe reliant le collet à l'entrée et pour l'autre languette de verrouillage par une languette
