Abstract

Arroz resistente/tolerante a herbicidas inhibidores de ACCasa, en particular herbicidas tipo FOP. Los herbicidas utilizados para la selección incluyen quizalofop. Ejemplo de arroz mutante tolerante a herbicida de ACCasa con genoma de arroz que tiene G2096S o el equivalente en el dominio de carboxil transferasa del gen que codifica la ACCasa usando el sistema de numeración de hierba negra. Esta mutación muestra respuesta diferencial a herbicidas tipo FOP con respecto a DIM y diferencia mayor con líneas de arroz no resistentes comparables.
