Abstract
Los rodetes de turbina de presión hidrostática explotan la presión hidrostática de un fluido que fluye, en lugar de maximizar la extracción de energía cinética, convirtiendo menos energía cinética pero más energía potencial en energía hidroeléctrica que los actuales rodetes de turbina de central de pasada.
