Abstract

La presente invención se refiere, en general, a un procedimiento de fabricación de alfombras con mechones, utilizados, por ejemplo, en la decoración de hogares y aún a alfombras del tipo producido por el procedimiento. Dicho procedimiento incluye las siguientes etapas: - obtener un pedazo de alfombra antes de la aplicación de goma sobre el lado inferior de su base; - remover los mechones de una región de la superficie de la tela de base del pedazo de alfombra; y - proveer dicha región de la superficie de la tela de base con otros mechones de naturaleza distinta, utilizándose una máquina de comando manual. Finalizando la fabricación de la alfombra, se lleva a cabo la aplicación de goma, que se caracteriza por colocarse una base sobre la superficie inferior de la tela de base para fijar definitivamente los mechones en la tela de base. Se obtiene una alfombra de excelente calidad y acabamiento, que es comparable con cualquier alfombra confeccionada de forma semi artesanal, pero con la ventaja de tener un costo de fabricación mucho más bajo, por el hecho de que se hace uso de un alfombrado ya fabricado en gran escala.The present invention relates, in general, to a method of manufacturing tufted rugs, used, for example, in home decoration and even to rugs of the type produced by the method. Finishing the manufacture of the carpet, the application of rubber is carried out, which is characterized by placing a base on the lower surface of the base fabric to definitively fix the tufts on the base fabric. A carpet of excellent quality and finish is obtained, which is comparable with any carpet made in a semi-handmade way, but with the advantage of having a much lower manufacturing cost, due to the fact that it uses carpeting already manufactured in big scale.
