UN PRODUCTO AIREADO CONGELADO SIN EMULSIONANTES Y PREFERENTEMENTE SIN ESTABILIZANTES, CON UN CONTENIDO GRASO DEL 1 AL 6% La invención se refiere a un producto aireado congelado de alta calidad y particularmente a un producto de crema helada y su manufactura, para la cual el producto aireado congelado tiene un contenido graso bajo y no requiere adiciòn de emulsionantes; esto sin que varie la calidad ya que hasta ahora esta composición seria calificada como de baja calidad.A FROZEN AERATED PRODUCT WITHOUT EMULSIFIERS AND PREFERENTIALLY WITHOUT STABILIZERS, WITH A FAT CONTENT OF 1 TO 6% The invention refers to a high quality frozen aerated product and particularly to a frozen cream product and its manufacture, for which the aerated product frozen it has a low fat content and does not require the addition of emulsifiers; this without varying the quality since until now this composition would be classified as low quality.
