Abstract

El presente invento propone un proceso para el tratamiento de material orgánico para su transformación a estado mineral, en especial para el tratamiento de residuos urbanos, caracterizado por el hecho de comprender las siguientes etapas: a) introducir el material orgánico en un horno; b) quemar el material orgánico con ayuda de una fuente de calor provista en el horno, lo que resulta en la producción de gases, vapores y sólidos; c) extraer por medio de exhaustión forzada los gases y vapores del horno y conducirlos hacia un lavador; d) extraer los sólidos resultantes de la quema y conducirlos hacia un depósito de decantación; e) lavar los gases y vapores extraídos del horno en el lavador con ayuda de un medio de lavado extraído del depósito de decantación, reaccionando el medio de lavado con los gases y vapores, con ayuda de una disposición mezcladora giratoria en el interior del lavador, lo que resulta en un medio de lavado que fue sometido a una reacción, y en gases y vapores lavados; f) liberar los gases y vapores lavados; g) extraer el medio de lavado que fue sometido a reacción; y h) tomar el medio de lavado sometido a la reacción y conducirlo hacia el depósito de decantación. Estos residuos orgánicos transformados en material inorgánico, puede ser aprovechado como fertilizante de manera más económica que en caso de los procesos conocidos, resultando a la vez en un menor grado de contaminación.The present invention proposes a process for the treatment of organic material for its transformation to a mineral state, especially for the treatment of urban waste, characterized by the fact that it comprises the following stages: a) introducing the organic material into a furnace; b) burning the organic material with the help of a heat source provided in the furnace, which results in the production of gases, vapors and solids; c) extracting the gases and vapors from the furnace by means of forced exhaust and conducting them towards a scrubber; d) extracting the solids resulting from burning and conducting them towards a settling tank; e) washing the gases and vapors extracted from the oven in the scrubber with the help of a scrubbing medium taken from the settling tank, reacting the scrubbing medium with the gases and vapors, with the help of a rotating mixer arrangement inside the scrubber, resulting in a scrubbing medium that underwent a reaction, and scrubbed gases and vapors; f) releasing the gases and vapors washed; g) extracting the washing medium that was subjected to reaction; and h) taking the washing medium subjected to the reaction and conducting it towards the decantation tank. These organic residues transformed into inorganic material can be used as fertilizer more economically than in the case of known processes, resulting in a lower degree of contamination.
