PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SHOE Application August 20, 1934, Serial No. 52,997

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Jacob Fishman, a citizen of the United States, residing at Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Shoe, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, 'in which Fig. 1 is a view in perspective of a shoe showing my new design; and

Fig. 2 is a similar view of the opposite side of the shoe shown in Fig. 1.

The ornamental efiect of my design resides in a wide band starting from the rear end of the counter and running along the inside upper Term of patent 3% years edge of the shoe, thence transversely in position to cross the instep of the wearer and having a flaring end which overlaps a shorter and similar band running upwardly from the outside shank edge of the sole, both bands being ornamented throughout by a plurality of parallel lines of stitching and both being distinct from the material of the upper throughout their entire length.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a shoe substantially as shown and described.
