[Term of Patent 3% years] To all whom it may concern Be it known that 1, HENRY HORAN, of East Orange, Essex county, and Stnte of New Jersey, have invented or produced at new and original Design for n Pattern to be Inwronght into lngrain and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawings or photographs eeeompnnying this speoiliention, or in other colors substituted in the plnee of those painted on the drawings or photographs herewith; and I do hereby declare thnt the drawings accompanying this specification do give and convey to any one skilled in the art of enrpet'weaving a defined and thorough description of the nzttnre of my invention, and are suflieient'to enable any one skilled in the art of carpet-Weaving to use my invention.

What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The configuration of the design hereunto annexed, when npplied to carpeting, in the form similar tothe drawings or photographs accompanying this specification.
