DESIGN FOR WAINSCOTING.
Specification forming part of Design No. 8,323, dated May 11, 1875; application filed April 26, 1875. [Term of Patent 31} years] To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, JAMES MILNE, of the city and county of Philadelphia, in the State of Pennsylvania, have invented or produced a new and original Design for Wainscoting, of which the following is a specification.
The nature of my design is fully represented in the accompanying photographic illnstration, to which reference is made.
The several boards of the Wainscot are paneled out in the form shown, to wit: having a long trapezoidal panel, A, at center, and a short square or rectangular panel, B, at each end, the central or raised portion of each panel being of corresponding contour with the exterior. The ends of the trapezoidal panels A are rounded, and those of the panels B slightly curved, as shown. The panels A of JAMES MILXE.
