Be it known that I, GEoReE MACKAY, ot the city of Rochester7 in the county of Monroe and State ot' New York, have invented e new and originel Design for Bottles; and I do hereby declare that the following is a, full, clear, and exact description of the sinne, reference being had to the eccompzmying` drawing, in which the figure represents e perspective View of the bottle.

This bottle is intended to hold what is known as Meokeys Hoof Ointnient, e compound for the treatment of horses feet.

The design consists in forming the bottle in the shape of n, horses hoof and l.tnkle, es hereinaf'ter described.

A is the bottom of the bottle, which is in the form of the hooi. AB is the body of the bottle, which is in the form ofthe ankle. The

body has :t swell, a, which is in the form of the ankle-joint, and :it the rear is e projection, b, which represents the fetloek.

The whole outlineis such es to represent, ns nearly as possible, the hoof and ankle of :t horse.

At the top is n riln, c, which surrounds the mouth ofthe bottle.
