Be it known that I, DAVID N. B. OOFFIN, Jr., of the city of Newton, in the county of Middlesex and State of Massachusetts, have invented a Design for Hand-"heel for Steerers, &e., of which the following is a specification: 7

The nature of my design is fully shown in the aceom pan ying drawin gs, to which reference is made.

Figure 1 shows the complete wheel. Fig. 2 shows a portion of the same enlarged. Fig. 3 shows a sectional View of a portion. Fig. 4 shows a section of the rim stillfurther enlarged.

I claim- 1. The shape and configuration of the rim, hub a, and its star. united to form a design, substantially as described and shown.

2. The shape and configuration ot' the rim and taper hub a, united substantially as shown.

3. The shape and configuration of the taper hub a and the star, united substantially as described.
