Be it known that I, ELEMrR J. NEY, of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented or produced a. new and original Design for a, Pattern to be Inwrought into Ingrain and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawings or photographs accompanying this specification, or in other eoiors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawings or photographs herewith; and I do hereby declare that the drawings encompanying this specification do give and eonve5v to :my one skilled in the nrt of carpet-weaving n defined and thorough description of the na.- ture of my invention, and are snieient to enable any one skilled in the art of carpet-Weaving to use my invention.
