DESIGN FOR CARPET.

Specification forming part of Design No. 6,608, dated April 22, 1873; application filed April ll, 18753.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, HENRY NORDMANN, of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented or produced a new and original De sign for a Pattern to be Inwrought into Ingrain and other Carpeting in colors similar to those painted on the drawing or photograph accompanying this specification, or inother colors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawing or photograph herewith; and I do hereby declare that the drawing accompanying this specification does give and convey to any one skilled in the art of carpetweaving a defined and thorough description of the nature of my invention, and is sufiicient to enable any one skilled in the art of carpetweaving to use my invention.

What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The configuration of the design hereunto an nexed, whenapplied to carpeting in the form similar to the drawing or photograph accompanying this specification.
