DESIGN FOR BELL-STAND FOR HARNESS.

Specification forming part of Design No. 0,279, dated November 26, 1872.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, AUGUSTUS E. TAYLOR, of New Britain, in the county of Hartford and State of Connecticut, have invented a Design for a Harness Bell-Stand, of which the followin g is a specification:

The nature of my design is fully represented in the accompanying engraving, to which reference is made.

Figure 1 is a perspective View of a bell-stand which embodies my design, and Fig. 2 is a similar view of the same attached to a portion of a harness.

A represents the frame, the body of which frame is elliptical in form, and near the base it has two arms, 41 a, turned outward and incliuing downward; the point between the main portion of the frame and the arms hein g a small curve, as shown. The complete frame A might be described as being similar in form to the contour of an inverted urn. A number of bells, b b b b, are secured to the upper part of the frame A, and ban gin g within the same. Upon the outside of the frame A, and immediately opposite each hell 1;, are ornamental knobs, c c c c, in the form of acorns.

I claim as my invention- The design for the bell-frame A, as shown in the drawing.
