To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, ELEMIR J. NEY, of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented or produced a new and original Design for a Pattern to be Inwrought into 1ngraiu and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawing or photograph accompanying this specification, or in other colors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawing or photograph herewith; and I do hereby declare that the drawing aeeompanying this specification does give and convey to any one skilled in the art of carpet- The configuration of the design hereunto annexed, when applied to carpeting in the form similar to the drawing or photograph aeeolnpanying this specification.
