NEY, of the city, county, and State of New York, have in vented or produced anew and original Design for a Pattern to be Inwrought into In grain and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawing or photograph aceoin panying this specification, or in other colors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawing or photograph herewith; and I do hereby declare that the drawing accompanying this specification does give and convey to any one skilled in the art of carpet-weavin g ndetined and thorough description of the ELEMIR J. NEY.
