Be it known that I, ELEMIR J. NEY, of the city, county, and State of N ew York, have invented or produced a new and original De sign for a Pattern to be Inwrought into 1n grain and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawing or photograph accompanying this specification, or in other colors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawing or photograph herewith; and I do hereby declare that the drawing accompanying this specification does give and convey to any one skilled in the art of carpet-
