DESIGN FOR AN ELECTRICAL-CONDUIT OUTLET-BOX.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, HAROLD P. HAs'rINes,

a citizen of the United States, residing at' Syracuse, in the county of Onondaga and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and. ornamental Design for Electrical-Conduit' OutletBoXes, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

In the drawing, Figures 1 and 2 are per spective views of this electrical conduit outlet box, the box being shown in Fig. 2 as laid over on one longitudinal side.

This design for electrical conduit outlet box includes an elongated body open at one longitudinal side and formed with a partcylindrical wall 1, at least in cross-section more than one-half of a cylinder, and with a substantially rectangular box-like wall 2 mounted on the part-cylindrical wall 1 and inclosing the longitudinal opening in the open side of the body, the box-like wall having opposing, long, fiat and downwardly diverging sides and downwardly diverging rounding ends, the flat sides merging into the part-cylindrical wall above the center thereof, considering the box as in its position shown in Fig. 1.

The box is also formed with nipples 3, at its opposite ends axially alined with the part-cylindrical wall 1 of the body and of slightly less external diameter than the partcylindrical wall 1, and also with a third nipple 5 extending laterally with its axis in the same plane as the aXes of the former nipples and the part-cylindrical wall, the latter nipple 5 being located midway between the ends of the part-cylindrical wall 1, and having its lower portion substantially flush with the lower face of the part-cylindrical wall 1, that is, with the side of the box opposite the longitudinal open side.
