To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, JOHN S. MONAGHAN, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the city of Rochester, county of Monroe, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Buttons, of which the following is a specification.

My design is represented in the accompanying drawing, in which;

Figure 1 is a plan view of a button showing my new design. Fig. 2 is an end elevation.

The button is provided with four sides, each side of which is curved. The upper surface of the button at the edges is beveled and smooth, and just inside of the bevels is a circular portion which is roughened. A central projection is provided which is flat on top, the sides of which are circular, the

upper edges of which are beveled so as to.
