To all whom zit may concern/.-
Be it known that I, HENRY A. WEIHMAN, a citizen of the United States,residing at Philadelphia, in the county of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original ornamental Design for a Back for Hand-Mirrors or Similar Articles, of which the following is a specification.
In the drawing the design is shown applied to an article of a toilet set, such as a handmirror or brush.
As shown in the drawing, the leading feature of the design consists in the ornamentation on the back of the body partA and comprising in relief the representation of a bird f, arranged above a shield or smooth surface 6, a flower effect I), below the bird, and a ribbon effect (1, gracefully extending over the bird and downward and entwining with the flowers. As shown, the flowers represent fuchsia, and one of them extends downward upon the handle part B. This handle part is ornamented in addition to the said flower o with the ribbon effect (1 1' shown, and these also extend about an enlarged end of the bandle, leaving the shield or clear field h.
Having now described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
The ornamental design for back of handmirror or similar article, as herein shown and described.
