DESIGN FOR A. TRADE-MARK.

The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part of the same To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, GnARLns C. Saveur, of the city and county of Philadelphia, and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a Design for a Trade-Mark g and I do hereby declare that the bllowing is full and exact description thereof, reference being had to the aeeoxnpanying drawing, representing the design.

rlhe design is formed and stamped in a metallic plate, or oi' other suitable material.

The outline and configuration are, an oblong figure, with rounded ends, comprising each about two-thirds of a circle, inore or less, and the intervening sides being rounded, or formed in the arc of a eiicle, as shown.

In the centre is a diamond-shaped aperture or figure. rlhe title of the article which the trade-mark is to designate, is stamped on the plate.

Upon the platte, also, is stamped the name of the inventor, the dates oi' the patents by which the uranufareturc of the invention is protected, the manufacturers naines, or title, and their platee of business.

rPhe drawing shows my arrangement of all the words and figures stamped en the plate.

Wfhat I claim as iny invention, and desire to seeure by Letters Patent, is-

The design for a trade-mark, as herein speeiiied and shown.
