SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No; 34,685, dated June 25, 190i.

Applioatidn filed May 25, 1901. Serial No. 613976. Term of patent 14 years.

To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, ROBERT M. DIXON, a citizen of the United States, residing at East Orange, county of Essex, State of New Jersey, have invented and produced a new, use- 111, and original Design for Globes for Lamps,

of which the following is a specification, refspective view of the globe. Fig. 2 is a trans verse section thereof.

In the drawings, 1 indicates the body of the globe, which is shown as in the form of half of anoblate sphere. At the edge of the body is a lip 2 of a general ogee shape in cross-section. As will be seen, this lip extends inwardly and upwardly, being curved at 3 and 4 in opposite directions.
