Be it known that I, OORNELIA M. Post, a

citizen of the United States, residing at Philadelphia, in the county of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Floor-Cloth, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

As shown in the drawing, the leading features of my design are comprised in the squares A, each having a square 0, therein, and the squares A, each having a square (1 therein smaller than the squares a, the outlines of the respective squares being marked by the bands b, b, and b" of like character, while the figures are otherwise of contrasting character. In each of the squares A a band 0 of plain colorsurrounds the band b, within which a ground (1 of plain color has the differently-colored figures e and f contrasting therewith. In each of the squares A a band 0', divided into small squares, surrounds the band b", within which a ground 10 of plain color has the dilferently-colored figures h, 't',
