DESIGN FOR FLOOR-CLOTH.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 34,424, dated April 23, 1901.
Application filed March 30,1901. Serial No- 53,739- Term of patent 3% years.
To all whom, it may concern.-
Be it known that I, ALEXANDER L. BOWER, a citizen of the United States, residing at Philadelphia, in the county of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Floor-Cloth, of which the following is aspecification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
As shown in the drawing, the leading features of my design are comprised in the squares A, connected by the bars B, of irregular ontline, which inclose the geometrical figure C.
Each of the squares A is outlined by a band 0,, within which is a dotted ground a, of color contrasting with that of the border, and Within the ground a, are the figures a a a, a and a of contrasting colors.
Each of the bars B is outlined by a border formed by the irregular reversely-curved figures b, within which is a ground I), resembling mosaic and of color contrasting with g ,claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is
The design for a floor-cloth substantially as herein shown and described.
