WILLIAM R. JEAVONS, OF CLEVELAND, OHIO.
DESIGN FOR A VALVE-BODY FOR OlL-BURNERS.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 34,038, dated February 5, 1901.
Application'filed January 11, 1901. Serial No. 42,924. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom it may concern.-
Be it known that I, WILLIAM R. J EAVONS, a citizen of the United States, residing at Cleveland, in the county of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Valve-Body for Oil-Burners,of which the followingis a specification, reference being had to the accompanyingdrawingfiormingpart thereofland illustrating the design in a single figure and in side elevation.
As thus shown, the design consists, essentially, in the entire embodiment presented in the drawing and constituting in itself a complete article of manufacture and sale; but the leading or more material feature thereof is found especially in the shape and fashion of what may be termed the body of the design and comprised in the four several features designated by reference-figures 2, 3, 4,
and 5. In this designation, 2 represents the body proper of this portion of the design, and it is provided with a leg 3 at its bottom and two arms or branches 4 and 5, respectively, at its top, the Wholeresembling somewhat a capital letter Y in appearance.
The design is completed by a stem 6, running out in prolongation of arm 4 and having the appearance of a handle for said body part.
What I claim is- The design for a valve-body for oil-burners, substantially as herein shown and described.
