DESIGN FOR AN ICE-SKATE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 33,931, dated January 15, 1901.
Application led December 13, 1900. Serial No. 89,794. Term of patent 7 years.

Be it known that I, OTIS W. EvERETT, a citizen of the United States, residing at Worcester, in the county of Worcester and State of Massachusetts, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Ice-Skates, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.
My invention relates to ice -skates, and particularly to what are termed doublerunner ice-skates-that is, ice-skates having two parallel runners instead of a single runner.
My invention consists in a new and original design for a double-runner ice-skate, as will be hereinafter fully described.
The drawing is a perspective side View of a double-runner ice-skate, showing my design.
In the accompanying drawing the doublerunner ice-skate has the body part or top 1 made in two parts a. and b. The rear part b has the upwardly-extending projections c on c its rear end and the narrowed extension CZ at its front end and extending under the rear end of the front part ct and having a longitudinal opening e therein.
Extending down from the under surface of the body part l are the solid runners 2, arranged in two pairs-one pair at the forward end on the part o. and the other pair at the rear end ou the part Z7 of the body part l.
The front pair of runners 2 have upwardlycurved projecting ends and the rear pair of runners have the rearwardly-extending downwardly-curved ends, as shown.
What l claim is- The design for an ice-skate, substantially as shown and described.
