Be it known that I, HENRY G. THOMPSON, a citizen of the United States, residing at New Haven, county of New Haven, and State of Connecticut, have invented and produced a new, useful, and original Design for a Pipe- Coupling, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.
Figure 1 is a perspective view of a pipeconpling, illustrating my design; and Fig. 2 is a side elevation thereof.
As shown in the drawings, the leading feature of my design consistsin a pipe-coupling the body of which has at one end a peripherally grooved disk-like portion provided with a centrally-located tapering boss on its outer face and at the opposite end of the body a polygonal portion having a slightlytapcred spirally grooved projection extended centrally from the polygonal portion.
