DESIGN FOR A. TRADE-MARK.
The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part of the lame.
To all whom it 'may concern:
Be it known that l', D. Fonnsrnn, of Zanesville, in the county of Muskingum, and State of Ohio, have invented a new and original Design for a Trade-Mark for Crackers; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which Will enable others skilled in the art to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part of this specification.
This invention relates to a new and original design for a trade-mark for lemon-crackers; and it consists in a representation of a branch of' a lemon-tree, having leaves and a lemon attached, with the word Lemon marked on the fruit, the Word Foersters marked over the design, and the word Crackers underneath it. Y
