DESIGN FOR A SUPPORTING MEMBER FOR SCALES.
of Ohio, have produced a new and original Design for a Supporting Member for Scales, of which the following is a specification, reference being bad to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof, in which like nu- 1O morals refer to like parts.
In the drawings, Figure 1 illustrates a plan view of a supporting member for a scale embodying my invention and design. Fig. 2 illustrates a front elevation View thereof. Fig.
I 5 3 illustrates a side elevation View thereof,
and Fig. 4 illustrates a central vertical sectional view thereof in said side elevation.
My invention and design consists, essentially, of a base having a hollow projection 20 rising from near one end thereof, two projections extending upwardly from said base and near its opposite end, and an opening in the side of said hollow projection toward said two projections.
In said drawings, represents said base, and 11 the hollow projection rising from near one end of said base. 12 and 11 represent said two projections rising upwardly from near the opposite end of said base, and 15 represents said opening through the side of said projection 11 toward said projections 12 and 14. Said base 10 is provided with a recess 16 in its under side and an opening 17 through its top and between said projections 12 and 14 and said opening 15.
What I claim is- The design for a supporting member for a scale, substantially as shown and described.
