DESIGN FOR SKIRT-BINDING.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 31,729, dated October 24, 1899. Application filed September 29, 1899. Serial No. 732 ,116. Term of patent 7 years "'0 all whom it may concern:

Beit known that I, BENJAMIN LIPPER, acitizen of the United States, residing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a certain new and original Design for Skirt-Binding, of which the following is a specification.

My design is fully shown in the accompanying drawing, which represents a piece of the binding drawn to an enlarged scale.

The design comprises a heading ornamented with vandykes and having depending loops disposed closely together, the loops being separated from the vandykes by a narrow strip or band.

In the drawing the heading is represented at 1, the vandykes at 2, the depending loops at 3, and the narrow separating strip or band at 4.

Having thus described my invention, I 20 claim and desire to secure by Letters Patent- The design for skirt-binding, substantially as described and shown.

In testimony whereof I have signed my 25 name to this specification in the presence of two subscribing witnesses.
