DESIGN FOR A BUILDING-BLOCK.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 30,550, dated April 11, 1899.

Application filed March 13, 1899. Serial No- 708,9'70. Term of patent 14 years.

To all whont it may concern:

Be it known that I, HORACE B. CAMP, a citizen of the United States, residing at Akron, Summit county, State of Ohio, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Building-Blocks, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the d raw ings forming a part thereof.

In said drawings, Figure I represents a View in perspective of my building-block; Fig. II atop plan View, Fig. III a side elevation, and Fig. IV an end elevation, of the same.

The leading feature of the design consists in the shape and configuration of the top of the building-block. As shownin the drawings, the block A is rectangular in section and s provided with a groove or recess l3, ar-

mged transversely of its top. The sides of said recess 1) are straight throughout their entire length and the bottom b is flat and substantially parallel with the top of the block. A web 0 extends between the central portion of the bottom of said recess and the base of the block and is formed integral with said base and bottom portion.
