Be it known that I, EDWARD KAYE, a citizen of the United States, residing at Monaca, in the county of Beaver and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a certain new and usef 111 Design for Chimneys for Gas-Burners; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same.
This invention has relation to a new and original design for gas-chimneys particularly adapted for use on gas-burners known as incandescent gas-burners.
The accompanying drawing is a side elevation of a chimney embodying my design.
The chimney consists of a main or body portion A, which is outwardly flared at the top a and bottom a. The top at is shouldered at b and is surmounted by the diminished por tion a, which terminates in the top (1, of smaller dimension than the body A, and which is cylindrical in its outline. The lower portion of the body A terminates in the cup sha ed base B.
aving thus described my design, what I claim is- The design for a chimney or similar article herein described and shown.
